Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol II)
Discussion

Sort of, but not quite. Some dealers will play ball, others won't. My local Audi dealer didn't want to know, hence I went to Oxford as it is only an hour from me but in the end I don't care, they would deliver the car to my house if needed.
Yes, you call the dealer and arm yourself with the deal you've been offered and see what they can do. They are not always financed in the same way, so sometimes the brokers get better deals because of the finance company they use.
Thanks (and to the other chap that replied last page) Yes, you call the dealer and arm yourself with the deal you've been offered and see what they can do. They are not always financed in the same way, so sometimes the brokers get better deals because of the finance company they use.
I think I'm going to investigate the A4 offer further.
Thinking about the Audi A4 deals being discussed, if you were to go for a deal based on 10k miles but did an annual mileage of 25k, would it simply be a case of paying 6ppm x 30,000 extra come the end of the lease? Or is there a limit to which you can go over the mileage allowance?
Sorry if this has been discussed before, I have been following along since the latest thread was started but I don't remember seeing this discussed.
Thanks,

Had confirmation 'my' Audi A4 has been built. Should be ready for delivery early March. Painless process so far through the folks at Vehicles for Business.
Did you call them or did they give you a call and tell you. Reason being I've ordered a Golf GTD and I've had no update.rejn said:

Lets hope FastBug puts in an appearance at some point and confirms that really good deals ARE available on this particular vehicle.
Fixed that for you.I haven't seen any stonking deals on GLC, they're pretty much factory order and a new product so there isn't a huge amount of support on them. If you wanted a good deal for a car now, there are some offers on CLA220d AMG Line Shooting Brake about to go live... No good for your use though sadly!
They're not that small inside either, the GLA is, so I'm not sure if the other chap is getting them mixed up?

Thanks. I do really love the Q7 but it is a massive car. I'm trying to get something size wise that is in between a Q5 and a Q7 and the GLC seems to fit the bill. I may be proved wrong following a test drive though

Pity about the outlander.
The above review might be accurate, but I'd not dismiss a car because of it. Most reviews are subjective anyway. If it was a previous contender, then it's worth looking at in the flesh, to form your own opinion. It is after all 1/2 the price of the GLC.swampdonkeygj said:

Thanks,
My CH quote from VWFS states 6ppm for anything up to 999,999 miles. So, in your example yes you would just pay 6p x whatever excess miles you have done. It's worth asking them for quotes at different mileage bands, as stated earlier there was no difference between 5k and 10k, so perhaps there is minimal difference on a 15 or 20k deal that would make more sense.Sorry if this has been discussed before, I have been following along since the latest thread was started but I don't remember seeing this discussed.

Excellent thanksJust ordered an A4 Avant, 1.4TFSI Sport, 5k miles per year, including convenience/advanced key for £2400 down and £124.45 per month on a 24 month lease (figures including VAT).
With the same as above but no options, it's £103 inc VAT per month.
April/May delivery being quoted.
Through Stable.

GLCs are roomier than the A4 IMHO - not hugely so, but bigger boot and more leg-room. Nice car to drive too, though my wife wasn't sold so we ended up with an A4 on order. Nevertheless I think Fast Bug might well be able to better that deal. Personally I thought Sport spec + Premium Pack was the sweet spot in the range, and the 250 just a few quid more than the 220 every month.
Just an update email i received for my Audi A4 Saloon order from Nationwide today to say that my estimated receive date has been pushed back from 04/04/2016 to 19/04/2016. I ordered back on 11/01/2016.
Bit gutted tbh as that would have been perfect timing for mine to go back. Could potentially be car-less for a week or so

Thanks. Well that is probably the end of my GLC search for now. Leaning heavily towards a Touareg. Nice car and excellent deals to be had.
Many thanks for all the replies.
