But at least I'm not contradicting an earlier post....

FWIW I think the deal you posted is pretty good, and giz gave you a decent review of the car, even though that's off topic....

Any good deals on cheaper auto cars, under £180 pm really, cheaper if poss. It's only a car for the school run and potting about 8k miles tops.. Something with higher seating position would good, but if something like golfs/focus was very cheap then I'd put up with them. Seems all the deals are on manuals unless you go premium..

Not sure how these fit with the height criteria, but a couple of decent options given the low mileage:-

If you have access to a charger perhaps a Nissan Leaf would suit?

£0 deposit then £189/month based upon 6k/year. I would imagine deal could be adjusted to fit your mileage. Appears over monthly budget, but zero deposit helps, and if you factor in fuel savings? Strictly speaking it's a PCP rather than lease, details here.

Auris Hybrid in decent Icon+ Spec ( Sat-Nav, heated seats, DAB etc). £180/month on 6+23 basis:-

Cheers, thanks for taking the time.

Not sure we'll get the benefit as generally low mileage, sub 8k. There was some good deals on renault Capture but all shoot up with auto. Not a car II would choose but wife wouldn't mind as new, highish and auto. Vauxhall mokka or similar would be ideal..

Hi guys wondering you could help. Looking for a 4x4 / SUV for around 250 PCM for a family member.

Seen the outlander PHEV's and they seem to tick a lot of boxes byut slightly out of budget (The 30 miles on electric charge would mean free commuting effectively though)

Juke's are out as She doesn't like them.

Any other suggestions?

I'm wondering what the cheapest possible family sized car (focus or similar would be over two years and 8000 miles per year.

Nissan Leaf perhaps?

Just coming to the end of that period where I can't look at prices in case I find a better deal than the one I signed for...

Arriving Wednesday

Mercedes E Class Estate E220 BlueTEC SE Tip Auto, Obsidian black

3 + 23, personal lease, 15k per annum, RFL included, delivered

£436.79 including VAT + £330 incl VAT arrangement fee

= £11,686.54 over the two year term

Not the car I would have chosen myself, but it is chosen by SWMBO and this is the best deal I could find on it when it needed to be ordered....

Be gentle if you spot it cheaper!
