Do VW dealers match all online VW lease deals then? I was looking at the Touareg which I have a quote for £293.99/month (9+23) but it doesn't include a tow bar which is around £700, wondered if VW will do any better than an online quote or match it at best.

Depends on the dealer - Phone a few VW dealers and ask to speak to the fleet guy - some VW dealers with different names are in the same group though.

Even if they match the deal there will be a saving as they don't charge a admin fee.

Try VW Crewe, also know as uchoose leasing - they were good to deal with, up to now, on my Passat Alltrack lease.

They can unusually match or better it providing the funder is VWFS and not a 3rd party like Arval etc..

Picked up my wife's GTD from Martin at Johnsons Birmingham on Tuesday. He said most deals seen online are backed by VW and the dealers can usually match them.
In our case, he was about £10 a month more but the car was physically onsite and available immediately compared to a few weeks lead times. Give him a try or any other VW dealers I'd say.

Which broker did you order from? I placed my order on 10th Feb and it should have been built last month but the broker has no idea if has been.

Edit, you're NVS whereas mine was CVS, probably the same PSA dealer.

Yes it's NVS, dealer is in Hull. Delivery now confirmed for next Friday.

Central's email had a similar deal but with PCH too, albeit at an ~£60/mo premium. Also fairly decent Macan and F-Pace deals, considering what is usually about for these cars.

Don't have easy way to post the details now though, they weren't live on their site when I checked though. Maybe worth a phone.

Checking in to keep any eye on thread. On the look out for a Golf R for the end of the year, as I am probably going to opt out of my company car scheme. Current car goes back at Christmas - any ideas on how long I should leave it before looking seriously?

I got one of these about 6 months ago for the wife, great car. It's a little floaty round the corners but shift pretty well. The best thing about this version is that it comes with wife friendly wheels and tyres, literally impossible to curb them!
