That 430d GC Xdrive deal is circa 11k for 30k miles over 2 years if you take the 15k a year option.

£42k list - broadspeed has them for £36.5k new. I can see it losing more than 11k over 2 years and 30k miles?

Be interesting to see if BMW direct can compete with that.

£240 for an A6 saloon on a 9+23 looks to be pretty good? Only 8k miles though.

So 16k miles for £8k or 50p a mile.

Hmm maybe not so good hehe

Hmm £9k for 20k miles.

Not sure if it would lose that much buying?
Thought that as well, even a quick glance at the classifieds only shows loss of just over half that amount.
There's about to be a flood of M135i's hitting the auctions at around 20k miles. I wouldn't want to be buying now

Plus you can get about £8-10k off list IIRC?

22% off M135i. So £ equivalent varies. No one knows how many will stay in the network rather than auctions or how well they will be yield managed, nor how many it takes to make a flood but values would have to fall a very long way for lease deals to be better value than cash on this particular car.

Genuinely interested.

How do you determine if a lease is better value?

Sorry. I meant cheaper, not necessarily better VFM.

G2L Yeti deal 3 x 23 £161 p/m - seems a good deal to me

Yep although at only 6k miles it's very close to the 150ps Tiguan Match prices if you end up doing 8k or 10k miles.

£182.89 p/m over the term inc. initial and admin fees. Not bad at all.

Not sure it'd be much of a replacement for the M135i for me though. frown

Might change my mind if nothing more exciting pops up soon!

And it's In Stock and fully maintained! Only downside for me would be that it's only 110ps.
Seems a brilliant deal really.

It's worth checking out what the excess is, as I expect there will be an excess on the maintenance as well as the car.

I've been looking for a similar deal on the 4x4 version, but the only bargain 4x4 I've seen is the Octavia Scout.

Simpsons Skoda are still doing good Yeti deals. They're £2k down, but high spec 4x4 L&K models.

This looks good but what does "Mileage allowance is 8000 per annum, excess total contract mileage above 16000 will be charged at 7.2p per mile. All prices are inclusive of VAT." mean? What happens if your mileage is between 8k and 16k per annum? Does not make sense.

2 year lease. 8,000 + 8,000 is 16,000.

There are 3 different Yeti deals on that page. I wonder if they will do a lower upfront deal - I don't see the point in putting so much down.

2 year lease. 8,000 + 8,000 is 16,000.

Worth pointing out that my local Skoda dealer was happy to match/beat online prices. Still going through VWFS.

I asked for a quote off Simpsons for the L+K 4x4 - it's the petrol one though - £900 then 23 x £191 - excess is 7.2ppm - all these prices include VAT. It's a hundred or more over the term than putting £1990 down initially.

ETA: I quick goole found me an even better deal via another Skoda dealer -http://www.whatcar.com/car-leasing/enquiry.php?deal_id=590820&price_id=4826594
