Funyy thing was that we picked "feathers" out of the inlets of www.gto3.com/gallery/Autocar%20Noble%20Day%20-%204th%20June%202003/imagepages/image17.htm twice

Please.

I'll email you a FTP server that you can upload them to and I'll then move them across to one of my websites.

Video is up. Saving to hard drive is the best idea as you can then use Media Player's fast forward/rewind.

High Quality video - 500kbps - 212Mb!

Low Quality video - 103kbps. 20Mb

Justin, excellent and well done - almost like being there but what's this overtaking on both sides - you weren't on a US freeway were you?!?!

Cheers.

PS - any chance of lowering the camera a couple of inches to avoid the mirror or is it in the only place it can go - also how/where do you locate it?

Pesky TVR's, but at that corner after the left/right it's natural for the slower person to hug the left, so right is safest place to go around.

It's the only place I can mount it using the camera mount I have - but having seen the results I'm going to re-look at seeing if I can find a better one.

J, I thought you had a manfrotto mount like mine?

I clamp mine to the anti-rollbar just to the left of the mirror and use an extension bar to drop it below the mirror. Works a treat.

I'm still working on the post production of my video, will post it as soon as I've done it.

Just watched the video Joust. Nice work! That music though, I'm sure I know it from somewhere, a film maybe?

Great vid Joust, even in the low quality version it was fine, the high quality one must be superb! However, would have prefered to do without backing music - im quite a fan of the Noble Vrooooooom TSH Vrooooooom TSH Vroooooooom TSH Vrooooooom.

I have to say, you seem a very quick and smooth driver - top vid.

Surgest :
1. Remove the Backing track, Even though there's no V8 it cann't sound that bad.
2. When at track Remove Rear view mirror.
Problems solved...

Ultima Andy Has footage of same track on his dige cam, must borrow it and try and post it some where. 6.3 V8 sounds lovly in Convertable format....

I take it the Holigan was Wolverine AKA Chris Harris form Autocar. He was putting a 3 Series estate sideways every time round that last bend. Just ask J.Palmer what happened when he drove one of the Palmer Audi Single seaters last. Ooops....
My best guess he is a long lost relation of the Needel family, just wish I has that car control...

So, £2.5k extra for the leather (which I dont't really want) and the lights (which I do want)... hmmmm.

I ordered my R with standard alicantara interior & the standard non-R wheels; the price was adjusted appropriately but it wasn't a problem. The cars are build to your spec, so you can ask for pretty much anything (give or take!)

Got it in one.

Although the Palmersport guy that took me out in the 3R had even better sideways skills!

Whenever you want. Book yourself into the Next JP/Autocar Noble day (there are still spaces left at www.palmersport.com/autocar) and I'll happily take you out in mine (and you get to drive one yourself).
