Or more to the point: "This car is not stolen - V5 on board"

Did i just hear right? The presenter stating that this M400 "is the only one in the world"!!....nice bit of PR for the car on prime time, be it all in bad circumstances.

So I got my M400 in the New Year... it's the only M400 in that specific blue... oh, and I've got a chief constable living next door to me! Best wait for the knock on the door then

Dom.

Feel sorry for those with silver or blue cars and Martin.
Silver and blue because nobody in Joe public will know the subtlety between the different shades. Martin as that is obviously a rushed respray job that has been taken out to Spain to escape the bib.

(Joking - Like the colour really)

Well yes I agree with you to a point, if you were going to do a rush respray job, granted there's the dodgy Catalan green , but black would be the next best colour.

Who in there right mind would leave it that stunning Titanium colour, it's sure to get noticed.

Agree mr2turbo300, I have been pulled over before by the police; "because they did not know what it was"

Lets see how often now

Why was it on crimewatch?

Did you see the wodge of reports they had for all the calls they got? I reckon there were as many sheets of paper as cars sold, so we've likely all been reported

Could really do without extra police attention. I like not having a front plate =/

I'll be back in yhe UK with mine by Friday night, and with the stick-on front plate I'm wondering how much attention I'll get from the Bib. Mmmm....better put the rear numberplate back on then!

Martin.

A total of 300 calls about the missing Nobles were received as a result of the CrimeWatch UK programme.

The 'only one in the world' line was slightly misleading, although it sounded good. The nicked car was the only Portofino-coloured M400 in the world, but I guess you'd have to be a bit keen to know that it was an M400 model in the first place.

How surprised I was that Mr&Mrs Plod failed to mention that M400 was spotted by a vigilant PHer in the Norwich area only days after the heist. But they failed to take any action because the info had not yet made it onto the Police IBM 286. Allegedly.
Obviously they don't comb PH (which with some of the admissions made on the forum might be a good thing!)

Could have your collar felt for all manner of things..
no non-return valve in your washer bottle line for a start. How heinous a crime is that?
Not to mention - 'hazard to other road users' by driving in a thing of such beauty that others are compelled to stare stupidly at it /or try to take photos instead of looking where they are going. All our fault of course . It's a fair cop, Guv...
