so on that note, an 04 3R is selling roughly around the 32k mark... so 25k would be acceptable.. wink 20% down.. might send a few messages about pic's etc...

only 11k miles compared to a lot of the higher mileage ones availiable, I was only looking at either a 2.5 or a GTO-3.

guess as my spec'C' has only done 2k the last year the mileage shouldn't be a problem.

It was only a Question to see who would.. I very much doubt her indoors would ever let me buy a bent one..

Why buy a bent one for 25K when there looks to be a perfectly good 3R on Piston Heads Classified for 28K.

It has a few more miles on it but like someone mentioned in previous mails, it has probably had any the problems ironed out.
That one is mine, and looks like its off to a Stealers for much less than the 28k (although i am sure he will push it out for 30K+). Nobody liked the sound of my car after i mentioned a rebuild and non dealer stamps. Again, just like a cat D it makes it undesirable. ce la vie. A Stealer get a bargain, i learn a new lesson in life, the Car goes to a new home at top book.
wink PX for a Spec'C'??? biggrinbiggrin

Ideally you want photos and description of the before damage and then details of what was fixed and by whom. These things matter!

maybe found another that will PX my scoob, it also covers all the above. so much so that the repairers have worked on the other halfs car so could/will have a chat with them about it, now just to see what deal can be done.. bounce

She has thoughts about the saftey issues which does concern me kinda, BUT the car has pics of all the damage just before repair, shows basically surface damage cracked front clam, broken rear (passenger side rear by the light broken off) and exhaust damaged, BUT still drove fine with NO suspension/chassis or wheel damage. IF i get somewhere with a few dealers about taking mine in maybe Obes car could be on the drive..yum

I'm surprised it hasn't gone yet actually, even given the season.
Hopefully it doesn't go as Her indoors actually likes the colour... makes a change... biggrinbiggrin

still no joy with the dealer that was interested in taking mine tho..frown Might have to take drastic measures and see if the money can come from elsewhere!!
