best to ask murtaya sports cars,i know neil yates of adrenaline motorsport said rigidity was not formally tested so unsure if anyone has a definitive answer!
martin
Interesting...I remember Neil telling me that actually had tested the relative rigidity between a carbon and GRP car (supposedly using mine as the GRP version)...Though I can't find any email to support my recollection and am guessing he either told me over the phone or I dreamt it up...martin

In the interim I would be curious to know whether owners of either chassis type _perceive_ their chassis as being stiff or flexible compared to, say, their donor cars.
Hiryu, your car used a different mold than most of the later Adrenaline cars, right?

I'm not sure how many moulds were actually created or which one mine came out of. However, I do remember being told that several changes were being retrofitted to my car during its build time, so I'm guessing that the eventually created new moulds with the new developments incorporated into them.Hiryu said:

mine is a phase 2 mould with lowered floorplan compared to the demo car also weighs 1145kg with 5 speed box according to vosa so prsume some strengthening compared to demo carmartin

rust sorted with satin top coat last night-it was that or watch black swan with wife lolthanks for all the advice
martin
There were some memorable scenes in Black Swan. Was this the rusted steering column screws or something more substantial? Is the front subframe prone to rusting? How well was it powder-coated from the manufacturer? martin
roll bar behind seats-looks like poor quality powdercoating done in shp by adrenaline more than likely

I was missing mainly small things, side indicator repeaters, part of wiper motor assembly, door trim panels, chassis identification plate the screw cover caps for the rear brake light....
The good news is that I have just received a package with almost everything I was missing which is great. It is just unfortunate it has taken so long to be sorted out.....
I am just sorting out the dash vents now I have a non heated screen, and then hopefully off to the painters in the next week or so
