[quote=Astacus]The chassis colour really suits it, it looks like a flat dark grey in the photos is that right?
It is "gun metal". Darkish silvery gray, more gray than silver. Low sheen powder coat but not flat. I thought that flat would be too hard to clean.
I felt the same way about the all black look. I do like some of the colored frames I have looked at online but they can clash with the final body color sometimes.

They do indeed look good, they also have the benefit of looking like a "TVR" type of wheel, indeed they look a like Racelines or Compomotives, what are they?
They are Compomotives ordered to a special offset. I did not originally order them but bought them from the Pistonheads classifieds section from my250gt. He may even have another set. If so, your shipping should be cheaper as I am in Canada.Arthur

too true ,, what i mean is , on my 2500m i have a two legged box section structure that used to hold the spare above the tvr rad ..was that deleted on this chassis by tvr ?
You need to think the other way around here...LATE Vixens with an M chassis did not have a spare wheel mount. it gets added for the M.Adrian@
Edited because I had not woken up!

The spare tire mount was there originally. With a very heavy double electric fan set-up hung from it. Cooling was the main issue, but that will be overshadowed if one is on the motorway and gets a flat. I was thinking of carrying a can of foam or a spare from a Volvo v40 that I believe fits the M.

That is one sweet engine bay pal I can just tell that the TVR rocker covers were the purist coming out in you - couldn't stand looking at a ford badge everytime you lift the bonnet! Only kidding, Ford make some awesome blocks.
What sort of performance does she put out??

Sorry, that's not mine. Um, I'm rather less of a purist. I have a pair of Louis Santaniello's finned "Griffith powered by ford valve covers. Also, my baby's slated for 500+ at the flywheel. Funny, too, about the way you worded that. The only Ford part left over, before some of the senders and sensors go back on, is the block.
