Gents,

I'm interested in buying a TVR 2500M. Always liked the way they looked and with the TR6 lump (an engine which I am very familiar with) I imagine they move along pretty well considering the glassfibre body. Has anyone here ever driven one? I have a TR6 presently, so I'm used to it's quirks but am wondering what TVR ownership is like. Is the quality really that "bad" or is it just "hand built car" syndrome?

I think my Silver Shadow II is going to a new home this weekend, so the Turbo R and TR6 will be lonely without another stablemate and I'm thinking the 2500M is what I'd like. Any input, as always, would be greatly appreciated! Oh, and here's a link to the car I'm considering;

Thanks pumpkin, I'll check those sites. Also appreciate the bit of info on it--and good to know it's fairly decent in the event of a collision-- probably more so than my TR6

Yeah, Harris seems to be a stand up guy. Spoke with him on the car a day or so ago. Now, should I hop a flight down to Florida and drive it back to Ohio???
