Tamora to the US

I have an e36 M3 and am just tired of it in almost every aspect....I want a Tamora...preffably new but I'll settle for used....My only real question is..how hard would it be to import one of these to the states and how can I go about registering it as a kit car without rebuilding it....btw I have relatives in Manchester and am a french citizen if those matter....
Anyone know how much realistically I should be looking to spend?
