Along with welch I hope the infinitti team doesn't come back shocking behaviour from start to finish. Just a shame that the brilliant work by the support our parras are over shadowed by the cluster fk of management.
You are wishing for teams not to be on the grid? Seems daft to me.The more the merrier for me. Especially Welch, I like their attitude but I'm sure Wookie has different views.
Unfortunate that individual funding is the most difficult and fluid aspect of the sport in general; it's also cited by many of the drivers as being the single most stressful thing they have to deal with/organise.
On that subject it is a real shame that Sophia Floersch won't be racing in the remaining Ginetta Junior rounds due to the same issue.

Being a young talented female would make stand for sponsors, supprised red bull haven't invested in her.On that subject it is a real shame that Sophia Floersch won't be racing in the remaining Ginetta Junior rounds due to the same issue.

I know first hand how difficult it is as my eldest daughter was hoping to race in the series this year but we decided that if we couldn't raise the funds to complete the entire season we wouldn't start it. The thing is, to get a whorthwhile amount of testing in it would realistically come to more than double the oft quoted cost of the series.
It is a real shame for Sophia & I sincerely hope we see her back next year.

I thought she was going off to do single seaters as that's her preference. On that subject it is a real shame that Sophia Floersch won't be racing in the remaining Ginetta Junior rounds due to the same issue.

Yes I think you are correct that her preference was for single seaters, but the reason given for leaving the Ginetta series was definitely budget sadly. Its like watching team hard again.
Welch have gone from one mess to another with trying to get there own engine to work which hasn't worked out, given the Swindon spec engine was meant to help teams like this I don't understand why they decided to go against it. The proton is a bit of a dog and an old one at that time to move on I think.
Back to the current rd 1-2-3 for bmr great result and Jordan in 4th maybe getting into the grove with mg and it looks so good in the chrome.
Shedden problems down in 16th will he do a plato and try and aim for good grid in race 2.
