I have a feeling they are trying to get Bordais into one of the seats, its the only reason I can think of why there's still not been an announcement despite them originally saying they were almost ready to do it straight after new year.

I know everyone on both sides said that Bordais would 100% see out his contract with Newman Haas for next year, I wouldnt be suprised if STR weren't trying to negotiate him out of the contract with some Red Bull money (and maybe driver) as compensation

Only my personal opinion, I don't have any information to go on other than the fact that they still haven't announced the drivers, and the odd story about STR not being happy with their current drivers and wanting more tests for Bordais.
