Hmmm... formal papers would show resignations as Directors - eg, Fry, as their shareholding has been bought by Mercedes. But that doesn't mean that they are no longer employees.

My thought is that Pitpass has misunderstood the difference between a Director resigning from a formal company position and the adjustments Mercedes would have to make as a major shareholder. Company holding statements don't equate to a press release

I don't think the shot their bolt. I think an eager journalist mis-interpreted a companies house declaration...

After the successes last year, why would Fry leave - after all his main success would have been the bringing in of Mercedes with Ross.
