I find it strange that they have posted nothing on the website about the outcome of the meeting that they had yesterday..

The long term effects if they don't race could be huge, Bernie must be a very worried man!

Madness!

F1 want to break into the USA and they make themselves public arses.

I am a huge Ferrari fan but I say that they should build the bloody chicane and get racing!

What a total farce - only in F1 would you get this. Hundreds of thousands of punterss, hundreds of advertisers, millions of viewers - surely common sense will prevail.

You would like to think so, only time will tell!

Can someone fill me in? I've heard Ferrari mentioned in the coverage, but I'm unsure what is oing on; I haven't been able to follow any of the build-up to the race this weekend. I turned the coverage on at 6pm and that's it.

Not suprisingly Ferrari are the only team that are saying no to the chicane or any changes at all (i think)

The point is that I had to agree with Ferrari to a certain extend, but from a viewers point of view they should gte the damm thing sorted.

Bernie is a complete idiot sometimes, he's the head of F1 and he should be answering the questions!

I don't think that throwing things onto the track is a good idea though..........

So it wasn't Ferrari that said no, according to Paul Stoddard it was Jordan

You guys are un-freaking-believable. Isn't NASCAR more your cup of tea?

Lisen matey, I've been following Formula 1 for over 20 years (I think I've only missed a handful of races) and have been a Ferrari fan for over a decade, so don't tell me what my cup of tea is.

Can a mod change the thread title to make it easier for people?

Also, if they could spell it right unlike me that would be great, doh!

You're obviously from the blinkered everything-that's-wrong-in-F!-is-Ferrari's-fault brigade. Open your damn eyes, and see that today's spectacle was not in any measure Ferrari's fault - even through their reluctance to hobble their own performance for the "good of the sport", as some suggest.

Zaktoo

I am a huge Ferrari fan, i agree with Jon in what he said.

I will not however enter into an argument on an internet forum with you, I think that's for school kids and F1 bosses!

I think it is ironic that both sides of this 'argument' (I'd say it was more a disagreement) both purport to be big Ferrari fans.

Very true, it's been a strange day
