Quite a few drivers were not able to upgrade to a Nat A licence. Martin Crass has been in the Tuscan Challenge every year since the Tuscans started, only one driver has done more races (or entered them) and he is Peter Wheeler. Martin used to be the producer of Top Gear and is famous for being the first person to write a Tuscan off at Oulton Park. He has always had car No 21.
