Hawthorns Motorsport, Porsche 996 GT3 Cup class driving

Who are we up against this season in cup class or any other classes for that matter? Anyone else doing a few BGT races as well?

Well, that's the top slot on the podium resolved, so it's 2nd or 3rd at best for us, great to be racing with you again, we'll try and keep your exhausts in view hehe

Simon, you tried your best at the show to convince me it is just a Granada in drag - but 47sec round BH Indy would suggest you need to convince me some more!

PS Jemco will be out in the Marcos for the whole season, including our 1st trip abroad, hooray!! drink


The Prosport is indeed a quick car, and the engine was from a scraped Granada, 100,000 miles apparently, but to my mind that's not a factor apart from a potential reliability issue, no, it's the low weight and brilliant handling, and without doubt the talented driver/s hehe that will give the rest of us a hard time. having said that, we are better chasers then front runners, not that the latter has been tested hehe
