Less is more with the F1, I actually think it'll work a lot better with these two guys, especially for us "car geek" lot on here. The problem might lie with non-car people who watch F1 (are there any?) who want everything explained to them using the lowest common denominator?
Quite frankly, and pardonais moi, who gives a fk about them?

FORMULA ONE ON THE BBC IN 2011

Jake Humphrey will present the TV coverage, joined by 13-time grand prix winner David Coulthard and former team boss Eddie Jordan as pundits.

Jonathan Legard will commentate alongside award-winning broadcaster and former F1 driver Martin Brundle.

The pit lane reporters will be Ted Kravitz and Lee McKenzie.

F1 fans will be able to customise their viewing experience through the BBC's multi-platform offering with options such as: split-screen action; a live leaderboard; in-car cameras; choice of commentary; live online streaming; live text; interactive forums; circuit guides; and blogs.

Life moves on. Ask Nick Heidfeld or @narainracing. You never know what's next. To the critical and the complimentary, thanks for the company

is that confirmation of his departure?
Sounds like it to me. Heidfield lost his seat in F1 before coming back. I'm sure Lego is a nice bloke but by god he's an awful commentator.

Sounds the death knell for Crofty and Davidson on the red button though. At least we'll have them for FP.

Lego about at his level now - commentating on Championship football.
