Finally finished fitting the new suspension, had a nightmare getting one of the nuts from the front off as was rounded and chewed up, all done now tho

It started to rain when I had finished so only got a few quick photos of them fitted -

Went for a quick drive and can already tell the difference, alot smoother ride compared to the Ta Technix's, wont have a chance to test them properly till next weekend now which sucks as busy this week
frown
Going to get a WIM Fast road setup next for the car which should improve it even more driving

Havn't done much to the car recently, have been planning a European Road trip for the car in September so just been doing jobs ready for that, changed the Cambelt and have given it a full service so everythings ready for the trip, cant wait biggrin

Drove the car to Wilton Classic Supercars on Sunday and had a good day looking at lots of nice cars, only picture I got of my car parked next to a Corvette

Have had an annoying rattle for a few weeks so finally got round to seeing if I could find where it was coming from, sounded like the backbox rattling so checked all the exhaust mounts and didnt find anything, then thought id check the rest of the exhaust and found that one of the Bolts on the decat was missing!

Fitted a new bolt and went for a drive, no annoying rattle anymore biggrin

Went to take my car for a drive the other day and found a puddle of coolant underneath and my coolant tank nearly empty, turns out it was leaking from the heater hoses that go into the bulkhead, ordered some new ones from Autolink, all fitted and sorted now, glad it happened before my euro trip next week!

Also decided to refit my original Airbox as the induction kit was getting quiet hot even with the heatshield fitted.

Drilled a few holes in the bottom of it to let more air in, its alot quiter now compared to when the induction kit was fitted.

Also fitted a GB sticker and gave the car a hoover out ready for my Euro trip next Saturday, travelling to France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium cant wait, gonna be awesome biggrin

Had an awesome trip over the last 9 days driving round europe, covered over 2300 miles and cars still running sweetly with no problems smile

Just sorting through my photos now, quick one from the Stelvio Pass to start -

WRT to the heater hoses, were they leaking on the engine side at all?

Just had to do mine and replaced the CAS seal too, which was leaking oil onto the heater pipe causing it to soften and eventually split.
Don't seem to have an oil leak but will have a check.

Thanks

Get some JB Fabrication rails for your seats to save a headache!

Looking good
Cheers,

am going to try them with the standard runners to see how they are, person I brought them off has included an adaptor for the holes on the passenger side and just need to drill two holes on the drivers side so should be ok fitting them, if I need them lower i'll order some of the JB side brackets.
