When looking for those photos.... I found one that makes you realise just how little there is to these cars!
Its no wonder when you stick 500bhp in one of these that it doesnt hang around!
Thanks again for everyones positive comments
When I had mine built, I went to see the build at a similar stage to that in your pic, but sans engine and wheels. Did you notice that the 'cockpit' space is coffin shaped? Not very reassuring I have to say Its no wonder when you stick 500bhp in one of these that it doesnt hang around!

Hi Lee.
Just watched the video again, awesome car!
Thanks for the passenger ride in the Exige, that thing truely is epic, I never really understood them before, but after the ride, can see what the fuss about them is.
I had a good nose around your clio, down at MWMsport today, its given me some ideas to do with my cup.

It looks like the driver of the Cosworth cut it too fine and ended up on the dirty area of the road. Bad driving it seems. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zdyr9PyILk&fea...
Lucky indeed.

Glad you enjoyed the ExigeS. As a standard car... its amazing on track. Takes soooooooooooo much abuse from me and lots of my friends and family reguarly hammer it around tracks as well and its faultless. Everyone always loves driving it. Its also so so so so cheap to run as a trackcar. Its much lighter on brakes and tyres than the Clio for example! Just watched the video again, awesome car!

Hey Lee, had no idea that was you in the Reyland Cossie, I remember reading about that and seeing the vid at the time. You were all very lucky!! Also remember drooling over your cossie in Reyland colours years ago. Renton rings a bell too, didnt he build that awful looking e36 BMW with the wide arches and red and white paint. I love BMs but just couldn't love the looks of that thing.
Hope to see you at a track day in the new year sometime. Awesome vids by the way.

I think Chip was talking of another track day in Feb, at Bedford, I look forward to meeting you again then. (Another ride in the Exige would be awesome, if im not pushing my luck )Seems as if I was a bit late to the party but having just done Bedford for the first time and appreaciating the speeds involved a little more that video is hilarious and brilliant. Hoping to go there more next year so will keep and eye out for a little white speck whizzing past me Good track to do it at - plenty of space if it goes tits up when playing with a toy like that which is partly why I enjoyed it so much myself even in my little French bread bin.
