Pdd144c, yet another massive turbo!!!
Will it still be front wheel drive?
How will ya combat the lag issue?
With something that size on a (im guessing) 2litre?
Will surely make it the most powerful Peugeot in the land?
Looks the same sort of size as the one on the Supra above!
Im guessing you'll be going Civic hunting when your done

Yeah still front wheel drive, won't be any major lag, it's only a GT30. Engine will be anything from a 2 litre up to just under a 2.3 depending on which crank I run. Could quite possible be one of the most powerful in Europe, possibly the world, who knows!
I'll be hunting a certain Escort WRC and a number of other silly fast cars in the Dunlop Motorsport News Championship once it's complete, it probably won't be road legal any more! Will only ever be running full power on the drag strip, my ECU allows three different maps which is good. More info here: http://www.xsportracing.com/projects.php?viewproje... I will be updating it when I can!

This is quite possibly the cleanest engine I have ever seen !! Cleaner even, than the RS500 we fitted an exhaust to a few years back, and had to put cotton rags over all the nuts and bolts before we did them all up (by hand, too), because the owner didn't want scratch marks from the spanners on said nuts and bolts ! I kid you not.

Bales car looks like a 205 with a 2.0 8v turbo lump.
Well to be honest I expected that you would guess obviously given what car you have, I have no idea how quick your car will be given how quick mine feels with about 190ishbhp in a stripped shell. Yours will have over double that!! mad!! pdd144c said:
Haha! Well when it was in it's donor car running just under 320bhp I embarrassed a Lamborghini on the Autobahn... So that gives you an idea!
Well given that when running at a bar mine is as quick in a straight line as a mates 350bhp sierra cossie I can full well imagine that there aint going to be many things quicker than yours!!Edited by bales on Thursday 26th July 18:54

Didnt mean to miss lead you by not showing simonelite501's engine pic as a quote.
As for the subject of fuel consumption a quick calculation tells me if its doing any better than 1.3mpg it actually works out CC for CC more fuel efficient than my 850, 3-pot!!!
I think this is where the tree huggers argument falls down abit.
They dont like large capacity engines yet CC for CC the larger the engine the more fuel efficient it becomes.
Lets face it given the same tasks to carry out that 27 litre V12 isnt going to drink 31.76 times more fuel than me little 850 3-pot
So greenys blow that out ya arse
Sorry lost the plot a little bit there!!
