OK, I have posted these piccies elsewhere on P/H but thought I would re-post in the "get your car rated" thread for a consensus from the P/H massive (no comments about girls cars, hairdressing etc please!!!)......
A solid 10/10 form me 6 from me
I have only had it for just under a week but I can confirm it has transformed my drive to and from work, huge amount of fun to drive - 'specially on the windy bits! Supercharger whine coupled with pops and crackles from the exhaust add to the smile factor!
I had not really taken a critical eye to the steering wheel, feels great but I can see what you mean about looks! Interior is totally Marmite, personally I quite like it but I cannot get used to having the speedo in the middle of the dash and the rev counter on the top of the steering wheel - very odd!

I'm not sure the steering wheel is as it would have come from the factory.I had not really taken a critical eye to the steering wheel, feels great but I can see what you mean about looks! I love the central speedo (I may slightly biased as my 1969 MKII Mini has one) but I know what you mean it will take some getting used to. I currently drive a golf and plan to change it for a MINI at some point so I'll be in the same situation

It takes some getting used to! When I first took the little beastie for a test drive the poor sales chap sat next to me went slightly white and quiet when we hit the M4, I had an eye on the road and half an eye on the dial in front of me - realised the reason for his subdued behaviour when I glanced across at the dial in the middle of the car Have not made that mistake again . . . .

Lose sight of the speed?
Did a track-day in one, and instructor blanched at one point as I didn't overly listen to him. S bend bit on a tight course was a 60 ish corner.... I drove "how the car felt" forgot speedo was in centre...... Apparently 80ish and the dashboard lit like a christmas tree having a "fit" wasn't good in his book.
