Looks like a bit of a bargain, Have to say the capitals in the ad would have put me off a bit. Hope it works out for you.

No need to try comparison sites etc just go straight to admiral. There is no way they will quote you anymore than £3000 on any car at any age. make sure you have at least two other named drivers

Epic car at 21 laugh well done! can i ask what you do for a living? i know a lot of people don't like to answer that question but i think its really good especially for the younger guys to have people to aspire to.

I put earlier in the thread how I afford my cars. I am a business student at De Montfort University but use my hobbies to earn money which Is very enjoyable. I graduate next year so trying to get through as many cars on my dream list before I sell to invest in a business/career this time next year smile It all started when I was 17 and wanted to see how quick I could turn a 3 grand fiesta into my dream car a Ferrari 360 challenge stradale (which I serverely lust for!) I set the target for my 25th Birthday so got 3 and a bit years to build up another 80k or so...

My name is David. I am 7 and I have just bought a Ferrari...

Seriously though, while I admire and share your passion for cars, I just don't see where age is relevant to letting us see your car. While you must be proud, and rightly so, there's "showing" and then there's "showing off."

Maybe I am an old crank (is 28 old?) but there's a fine line between being a petrol-head and a young lad living beyond your means. Driving a supercar as a student?! Sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm guessing you don't have a mortgage, kids and bills to pay, geezer!

I might go back living with my parents and buy a Rolls Royce!

By the way, nice car; I too drive a 911 Turbo!

I am in no way showing off I work my arse off to pay for my cars its just to show that insurance is possible on cars like this at my age as alot of people think that it is not possible. It is also to show that with drive you can get things that you want if you work hard enough and I am not living beyond my means in the slightest... on the limit yes but pushing myself like this has got me where I am.

This is a thing that really bugs me as people instantly say things like "bet your parents bought it" I pay more board to my parents than some people I know pay rent. And I have freinds that didnt go university and are in quite well paid car sales jobs that don't pay a penny to live at home and still get there phone bills paid for them etc... Only reason I havent got a mortgage yet is because I am a student with no full time job so that will have to wait until next year when I will be buying a few properties to let from money made on cars I have owned. rant over...

Forgot to mention that once you are 21 admiral will insure you on anything (not tested a veyron)change your date of birth to make you 21 to see what sort of prices you will have to pay once you hit that magical insurance age!

Nice one dude! Car looks really nice @ at 21 good work! Surprised Admiral sorted you out that price though, at 19 i paid £2500 on a 106GTi at, 21 i was paying £3000 for a VX220. So you got a right good deal there. Im 27 now paying £1550 on the 360!

I actually like the black and grey combo!
