1989 Mercedes W126 Barge Goodness!
Discussion
Cheers for the kind words. It is a very clean car but does need as couple of little jobs, it is a joy to drive and very 'wafty' but in an old school Mercedes sort of way.

Fantastic looking car, Bob, pure wafty heaven!
Have you got rid of the SL60?
Hi Chris - the SL60 has gone, I needed something with four seats, hence the W126! Have you got rid of the SL60?

Cheers Hammerhead.I actually drive around pretending I'm the baddy from Beverly Hills Cop, although his was black, a 500 and an SEL but I have to work with what I've got...
Mister Foleeeey...
How's the w126 going? Done many miles? Many teething problems?
I ask because I've just bought almost the same car on eBay, 89 300se with 54k, only difference it's blue!
Hasn't been used more than a few miles a year so if I start using it when the weather picks up I expect to have a few issues to raise there head, ran beautifully on its first tank of petrol however and my mechanic is doing a full engine/box/electrics service.
