Top washing, I wish I had your patience. Shirley this routine will keep the sand off for a while now?
Lol well spotted, changed to what it should have been!Top washing, I wish I had your patience. Shirley this routine will keep the sand off for a while now?
It got rid of the sand that had attached itself to the paint, should keep it from being rough for a month or so, however the air is very dusty here (which is why didn't want a dark coloured car!!)so its covered in dust within hours
However next time clean its an easy wash and dry.

Fantastic results, looks superb.
Only downside of living where I do is that I don't have plenty of my own space to wash/detail my motor. Especially out of sun/sand.
How are you finding the car?
Thanks! Yeah im the same at home no space at all to do it, got the underground parking but no hose and the lighting is terrible so not much use, lucky at work we have a wash bay so use that.Only downside of living where I do is that I don't have plenty of my own space to wash/detail my motor. Enjoy the car its good, does have its annoyances, lack of any sort of practicality being one, also still would like a bit more noise from the exhaust as the engine in my opinion doesnt really sound very good especially when pushing on. But most the time is spent at 100kph with cruise on anyways. Also finding driving more and more of the time in manual mode to avoid the auto doing its own thing.
Hows yours running?
