Brilliant! The only slight tell is the suspiciously big and wide steels and the exhaust you can just see peeking out, but I'd never notice on the street!

Brilliant!! Just how a sleeper should be! Get some steel wheels put on it though without the wheel trims, much better effect.

Nice one! I'd leave the wheels as they are with one wheel trim missing..............totally unsuspecting! Will have to remember not to attempt burning off any bog standard clios with a wheel trim missing!

Just love how its got three wheel trims.

Great wee cars those Clios, an old mate of mine did 140,000 miles in a diesel one same colour, same trim.

That's an epic Q car. The mark of genius is the 3 wheel trims. Have you thought about having different trims on each wheel?

I got "done" by a similar (but purple) Clio a couple of years ago pulling on the the M3 sliproad. I looked up his reg and congratulated him on whatever owners club he was on - I think it was French Sports Club.

Brilliant little motor there, OP. Love it!

Yes I did the work myself with my dad keeping an eye on the project (retired mechanic).

I have suprised a few pepole with it, naming the most recent a 182 cup sport.

The car is how I want it apart from possibly some engine work.

I do have a set of 16v bucket seats and a set of R19 turbine alloys for it ever makes it to a track event.

Judging by the colour of the driver's seat, is it a bit scary to drive?

Brilliant sleeper! Any problems fitting the engine or is it basically a bolt in conversion? Must be quite slidy in those seats but some sparcos would ruin the illusion biggrin

This has to be one of my favourite cars on the site. The world would be a lot more boring if noone done stupid stuff like this!
