Do you have a rolling road printout at hand to scan and put up? It would put the doubters at rest. Nice car btw. thumbup

And anyways, the people doubting you aren't exactly prolific posters, this honestly is a good place to be if you are in to cars.
It shouldn't be a problem if he posts the dyno print out.

I've got to say after seeing some crazy numbers over the years from new posters and this outlandish figure I'm in the doubter camp until he does. Sounds very off to me.

Nice car anyway and I hope he proves us doubters wrong!

Does seem like very good power...

.. but what I will say is that Ben Rushworth also built my 4age and mapped it and never made any outlandish power claims. He doesn't strike me as the type. He also used to map at ATP, and they have a heartbreaker dyno.

You're claming 70+ bhp gains from throttle bodies, cams and an exhaust, don't put up a dyno graph yet seem surprised people are doubting you?

I've got a stage 3 2.5 T5 Turbo that gets 228 at the wheels.

of course dynos are all different, but if you put an 'at the wheels' comment you must have the print out from the dyno smile

I think ITB give good gains if well mapped, especially with the cams etc..

Sounds like a nice spec but I do fall into the camp that is thinking the power may be rather high. That would be about 250 at the fly right? Normally turbo territory isn't it?
Get your dyno print up.

You might be thinking of MrGman, he lives in Crowborough and had a 172 cup.

He is not claiming 70+ gain at all. it has 172bhp to start with

At the flywheel. 218 at the wheels would correspond to something in the region of 250 on a transverse FWD car (more if the engine was mounted north-south)

I gave it to Ben Rushworth to set it all up

He's well known on cliosport, but some people bad mouth him, he's always done well for me though
Ah, Angelworks, known for all the wrong reasons these days unfortunately ...

Imho you would get 218 ATF if you were very very lucky with those mods, im guessing 428 Cat Cams? RS Tunings rollers (generally considered as more accurate/less pub talk than most)would prob give you about 198bhp on a healthy engine.

I'm not being argumentative, but thats from being around the things for 6 years.
