I think I'm in love, BLQ's just work!

Need some decent photos to show it off, also having problems at the moment, but all will be revealed!

Long overdue pictures...

I will get more pictures up when I can lay my hands on a decent camera!

It's a hell of a lot better than it was, but would like to go a bit lower...

It looks good - I think it does not need anymore MAJOR exterior mods, just maybe some subtle changes. I would be tempted to go to town on the interior.

Enjoy mate. thumbup

Smart alloys, off the Polo cross aren't they?

Are they 17"? They just look a bit too big for the car I'm my opinion.

Cheers guys, Wheels are from the Cross/Dune/Fun/Soho (dependant on country)

Not a fan of white now to be honest, would love a set of BLQ's/NUE's.

If you can get your foot under the front splitter on a Vee Dub then it is not slammed. Get it lower hehe

I agree, looks great on other polo's that have been done, costs money and time though, need to get it priced up first.

All in good time Melv, all in good time. wink

Personally I like the fact that it's been lowered to a decent level. Any more and it's just another Barried VW pile of wk.

Good for you sir!

This is why I haven't bought wheels, once you start you can't stop or decide what looks best.
Though looking at this you've reminded me how much I need coilovers. Damn.

I can't have low cars really frown my car scrapes exiting my drive as it is. The Volvo literally used to get stuck coming in/out my drive.

Matte grey or red would look awesome for those wheels.

Man logic would say one of two things:

1) Rework the driveway.

2) Move house.

Happy to help hehe

I have (in my head) got the ideal Polo, and have looked up how much every single mod would cost while also factoring in likely insurance increases.

...all because of this thread. Thanks Patrick. A Polo looks better and better by the day... scratchchinhehewink

Cheers guys, suspension has settled down a bit more now, very supple, and much reduced body roll, happy days!

My mum borrowed the car a week ago or so, comes back and tells me she though she had hit something when parking. Cue heart palpitations as I discover that she had curbed about half of the face of the offside front wheel frown

And you're welcome wink

And Jay T, you are also welcome!

My craving for today, shame they wouldn't fit, too big frown

10j rears would have to have some majorly stretched tyres or a 4x4 ride height!
