4k GT86 Gets a Rocket Bunny Kit & LS3 V8 Swap!

And another update this weekend!
The remaining bits went together Saturday including the radiator any other little auxiliary bits and we even bled the clutch and brakes!
For anyone wondering... yes I did fix the auxiliary belt routing since my last post, the keen eyed amongst you would've noticed it resting on the water pump outlet
A few pics and then the bit you've all been waiting for...
Once that was done there was nothing left to do but give it a first start. Thankyfully the tuner was happy to send me a base map Sunday morning and i've been advised by the engine builder to keep it at atleast 2000rpm and to allow it to get up to operating temp before shutting down.
I started off by building some oil pressure on the starter motor which took a few tries but then built up a nice 25psi or so before we re-fitted the spark plugs, coil pack and injector wiring and gave it a go and here's the results..
The video really doesn't do the sound justice, its rather lovely! After this first start it would start right up with pretty much no cranking at all, it even ran and drove quite nicely!
I also have to say, manual brakes feels quite odd but very racing-car, I might have to increase the pedal ratio slightly as the kit i'm using allows a bit of adjustment in that, but they work!

Wow, what a build. It's taken me a few days to read this from start to finish, plus watching the youtube videos. That's taken a lot of grit and determination to achieve what you have. To take all the ups and downs.
Good luck for today. Hope all goes well.
That's quite a journey you've gone through.
