I'll let you know on here if I'm there in m3. The 328 is a Boston green with e46 m3 alloys so look out for us if you come along.

A few bits have now arrived so that work can commence. Just need to establish which shells are required.

Regards Jbad.

I've seen some good reviews on them. Seem to stand up to a lot of abuse given how many guys on driftworks run them.

I loved mine on my E36 M3 Evo, they were even quite comfortable when turned to the softest setting.

Great looking car, I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on.
I had a just about mint Evo and slowly turned it in to a road track car.

The HSD's are great, I got the slightly harder ones as it will be used on track most.
Brakes are standard apart from EBC Bluestuff pads which are great.
Next mod is to fix the fuel surge problem.

Take a look:

I'm trying to keep it very clean and standard looking from outside.

Look forward to some updates

Yours is looking good bully b. I'm not stripping or caging mine but over time will do lots to it. After the bushes, suspension and arp are sorted it'll be brakes.

Will then start to look at possibly extracting more power from engine.

If you're at donny or oulton give me a shout.

Regards jbad

Cheers!
I'm out of the UK most of the time, next track day for me is the BMWCC at Cadwell in May.

I need to stop spending money on it for a bit, was supposed to be a cheap car! (After I get some new tyres)

Your opinions required please. I've got the option to get many of the dirty and rusty parts sandblasted and powder coated. Is this overkill or worthwhile? Cheers Jbad.

Powder-coat them; if only because they will look great!

Good work, I hope you don't regret the decision to fit coilovers.

Hope that Caliper is supported by something other than the brake lines... biggrin

Sump off and ready for custom baffle.

How are you going to baffle the sump? Are you planning on just fitting baffle plates or will you be increasing the sump capacity via "wings" etc
