Did you build the 106 Carl? It's a car that was always popping up on the 106/Saxo forums but never in much detail. I've seen it's latest build thread, looks like the new owner is really throwing the cheque book at it!

Mine had a heart transplant, the original was a bit weezy and choked so I got one from a nice healthy younger model.

why do you need a blow off valve on a super charger?

Good point! As you can no doubt tell the supercharger fitment is all home made, using details from other suppliers kits and internet pictures of an original Albrex set up. When it was all put together and run for the first time I was unsure as to how much presure the supercharger would suply . I fitted the blow of valve as a safety measure, the idea being that it bleeds off any presure over and above that which I wanted. It seems to work quite well, and I have the option to change the spring in the blow of valve to allow it to run a higher presure in the future (when I am comfortable that this will not completly destroy the engine).

My previous Integrale engine which had 360bhp and 380 ft/lbs. Was a great engine. Now stripped down again and looking for over 500 bhp this time.
