My 500e is LHD and after 70,000km or so the only time I ever have a problem is the odd ticket machine and then it's easy to lean over.
Overtaking is fine you just learn to edge out slightly more before committing. Also with the power of a LC you won't be needing run ups or huge gaps to overtake in.
Also generally most cars are designed as LHD first so have better brakes or steering because of this.
The LC is absolutely gorgeous !
