Friends Honda NSX

Can't really believe that these things are 20+ years old now, but even so, when my friend said he was after an NSX, I didn't expect it to be one of the lowest mileage ones in the country!

He popped over today in it and I was blown away.It's covered only 12k miles and is as mint as you are likely to find.He has a later and larger set of more aggressive looking NSX wheels to fit shortly and has suggested that a supercharger may not be out of the question in the future.The sound from the 3.0 V6 vtec is sublime!

As for the alloys, the original ones will be kept, but there's just a bit too much 'Civic' about them for his liking.The later ones are not too over the top, but really set the car off imho.I also tried to take a snap of the underneath of the car, because it looks just as mint as the top! It will be going in soon for various belt changes etc and to be checked over to make sure she is running and handling just as the factory intended.

I will check with said mate (he is registered on here) but I am sure he said the only other car with lower mileage was in a Honda museum.

I took some video of my ride, but sadly, it's full of me saying things like "That sounds the absolute fking nuts!" at all the crucial moments, so it's not really suitable for a family forum

I will update when the new wheels go on.

To those asking about wheel updates, it turns out it needs spacers and longer studs for the wheels he has (7 spoke Works alloys for the NSX) and as the car is off soon for some engine / belt checking etc, there's no real rush on the wheel front right now.I will update though as and when and if it happens.
