Pre Purchase Inspection - Near Liverpool/Manchester

I am looking at buying a car (968) from a Porsche specialist in the North.

I want to get a pre-purchase inspection done on the car before I buy it.

Would people recommend this even though I am buying through a Porsche specialist? (I'm not getting much of a warranty)

Can anyone recommend a specialist that would cover the Liverpool/Manchester area?

I had heard of Tech9 before but I did not realise they were just down the road from me (on my route to a country drive!) Thanks for the heads up - I will have to call in soon!
