Pretty strange!
I was considering buying this car 6 months or so ago, but they never got back to me and then a few weeks later it diss-appeared from their website, think I remember the price being £47,995 at the time, also back then it was listed as with 45,000 miles.
So it seems 6 months later, no additional mileage it's back on their website and 8k cheaper.
Interesting.........

The Gen 2 C4S is not exactly expensive. Provided you can live with the interior it's low for an 09.

Mistake or a story car.
A dealer would not throw away potential profit by selling for significantly below market value.
Maybe he actually wanted to sell the car? A lot of people on PH think the market value of certain cars matches what they are advertised for on the PH classifieds... A dealer would not throw away potential profit by selling for significantly below market value.

(a similar car, 45k miles is £57k at an OPC)

You know you've undersold a car when there's a customer waiting for the showroom to open on a sunday, then insists on paying and taking #GT3
The dealer's under no legal obligation to sell it at the screen price; if they'd made a mistake they could have corrected it.You know you've undersold a car when there's a customer waiting for the showroom to open on a sunday, then insists on paying and taking #GT3
..It's all in the pricing, if you actually want to sell a car you need to price it to sell, I considered this car @ £48 too, Meteor is a lovely colour.
Cridfords had an -06- black 997TT / PCCB's on @ Xmas, for £39,995, that sold too..!, if a dealer wants to turn his metal back into currency, they occasionally price accordingly, and it's gone next day.
There was a black 996TTS on recently, private sale @ £33,495, and sold next day, when the rest have been up @ 37-39 for 6 months.
3 examples of pricing a car at a number where it will actually sell ...!
