Don't worry... not another thread about bashing dealers (prob get abused for saying it but Henry once made a very decent offer for my previous 911).

Was looking at the car on the site on behalf of a mate. Looks good, ideal spec, etc etc. Then scrolled down to the pic showing the rear of the car... What the hell are those things stuck to the sides of the bumper...??

Please Henry for the sake of humanity get rid of those things...!!

Genuine Porsche OEM Parts I am afraid.

Ghastly looking aren't they?

Rear-diffusers or something... part of the aerokit. Thankfully most did not elect them for fitment.

truly hideous - car would be far easier to sell without them IMO

if you remove them are there bolt holes underneath?

A £21k 996 and he moans about £500 worth of GT3 diffusers !

I actually don`t mind them, Tom`s last 996 with a full GT3 kit had them and I think they set the car off. Each to their own!

I was going to buy that car, but I'm not now due to those monstrosities. And I very much suspect I'll not be the only one.

£21k - Blimey these are getting such good value to the point where I might buy one as the second car to keep the miles off of my current 911.

Don't worry, was a tongue in cheek comment. Just think they look hideous. Otherwise the car looks great value and I've sent the details across to my mate.

It's a tip...hehe

BTW: Have seen a few GT3's with these pieces. They better be worth 5 seconds on the Ring for being sooo ugly...

Christ just had to go in the garage and check my GT3 does not have these monstrocities on. Fortunately not or I would have had to demand a thorough beating for having such poor taste.

Is this the first 911 Always Ultra?

Now with wings....

they are not which is why the look crap IMHO - they don't look OEM as I have never seen them as std on any Porsche.

If they can be removed then no problem, just a shame you can't remove tip
