Standard Mk1 996 GT3 springs : Fr 200 lbs Rear 370 lbs. I run as close to standard rates as were available with the Ohlins on my Mk1 996 GT3. Firm at low speeds (up to 50mph)above that the quality of the damping (and the compliance) has to be felt to be believed.

The Yanks like some fairly hefty spring rates.

What Slippy said - his GT3 feels fantastically controlled. A proper transformation. Chuffed I got to try it, Henry!

Not mine, but someone I know.

This picture was taken at the GT Porsche Magazine track evening at Brands a few weeks ago.

With your white '3? I was there too! Your car sounded niiiiice. I went out in the blue RS with silver decals up the rear quarter - left me wanting one. DESPERATELY.

Black bits are venturi tunnels/diffuser. How good they are at doing their job is a question I wouldn't be able to answer biggrin

I wish I'd known you were, well, you! I would have been that annoying guy asking for a pass' lap.

I remember you were going well as well as the red one i've posted. The same can't be said for everyone else hehe

Thanks. I must take it up to some friends in the Moray Firth. Great roads up there but not many 911s!
