As I'll be tracking mine I've stuck with the standard brakes, but then have spec'ed red belts to give a link between the red calipers and the interior (plus the harnesses are red too). Just my 2p....

Just driven 997 GT3 and GT3 RS on track, no ownership experience.

But then, unlike others, i don't compare them against the 991 GT3, or against any other cars I've not actually driven...

No sadly but told next with my OPC so fingers crossed for early next year. Quite glad in a way as I wanna have a good look at the first cars and see how they are received. Sure you'll all love them

Noticed that UK cars do not have radio delete while it is possible in europe. Anyone think of going down that route?

Not interested enough in car sound systems to option any upgrades - I usually prefer to listen to the motor - but I didn't think it worth giving away a 'free' radio for the small weight saving.

Why not just get the callipers painted afterwards?

Then you could get the yellow to match too (instead of the slightly darker slightly more mustard PCCB calliper colour). Or be really brave and match the red callipers with red belts and stitching. No, that wouldn't do, the stitching's more Carmine red...

This is interesting, a couple of German guys pit their new 991 GTS and GT4 against each other. They are speaking in German but the outcome on track doesn't need any translation.
