What does that prove?
The GT3 is meant to be a driver's car first and foremost; there's no need to get into which is the 'better' car as it entirely depends on your priorities.
However, it seems it won't stop The Ronin from trawling the internet looking for opportunities to say how great his cars are,

If your life is that unfulfilling that you need to brag uncontrollably on internet forums, perhaps you have proven the answer to happiness isn't cars.
I hope you find fulfillment eventually The Ronin. In the meantime, if this helps to make up for your feelings of inadequacy then, please, continue to keep talking about your little Turbo - i'm all ears

did someone mention RS? If i was lucky enough to have a 991 turbo this is what I would model her on - fantastic looking car and its stance is just perfect.
[quote="Porsche News"]Rumours have been flying round for some time that Porsche was planning a tilt at the ‘Ring record with it’s new GT3 RS, so when photographer Jochen http://www.frozenspeed.com/ paid a visit to the Green Hell we weren’t surprised to find one making its merry way round.
What we didn’t expect was to find Aussie F1 ace turned Porsche WEC driver Mark Webber at the wheel of the bright red machine, which we first laid eyes on in Geneva earlier this year. With Webber in the area for the second WEC round at Spa next weekend, it seems Porsche decided he could do a bit of double duty.
While he didn’t appear to be pushing for an outright lap time, the car was littered with GoPros, and there may have been a sneaky VW camera car tracking its every move. So expect a nice video package from the boys at Porsche very soon. And when that clip appears on the net, you’ll find it on GRR.

The only UK site I ever posted on about my Porsche is here on PistonHeads [Porkers.co.uk is part of the PistonHeads network] but if you want to "Troll" every thing I post it is you that is the troll little girl....The GT3 is meant to be a driver's car first and foremost; there's no need to get into which is the 'better' car as it entirely depends on your priorities.

The 991 Turbo kicks GT3 butt on UK track, just a fact jack..

A bit harsh isn't it? No need for all that ranting is there? So what if the guy prefers a Turbo over a GT3? Each to their own, they are both mustard machines and 99% of people would give a left nut to own both. The GT3 is meant to be a driver's car first and foremost; there's no need to get into which is the 'better' car as it entirely depends on your priorities.

You both have great cars. Get over it boys - there is a bit more to life than pissing contests. The GT3 is meant to be a driver's car first and foremost; there's no need to get into which is the 'better' car as it entirely depends on your priorities.

It's the outright derogeratory comments on this thread that started out being amusing but rapidly became tiring........
Both great cars, both do the job they are supposed to do, no need to verbally slap people about if you don't agree with their perspective and most of this is coming from one direction (and I'm not talking about Harry Styles)

I think the mistake Porsche made with the current PDK GT3 is that it should not really have been called a GT3. Its really the ultimate road going normally aspirated 911 and has no links whatsoever to the Mezger based race 991 Cup Cars which are still using Mezger 4.0 albeit now with sequential gearboxes. Both current road going GT3 and GT3 RS should have had this power unit and gearbox in my view to continue those cars links with motorsport derived models. We're asking for Coke and being served Coke Light by Porsche at the moment. I do not see this as an issue though as there is more demand than supply for all the new GT3 variants so I'd say Porsche knows exactly what the MAJORITY of its customers want - I even tried to order a GT3 RS myself but was virtually laughed out of a showroom I've had three new Porsches from!

A slow hell I guess..... Even more torque will soon be had from my 991 Turbo S while a GT3 gets nothing but hype....
How can you say the RS is slow as hell when you have not yet driven the car, indeed we do not yet have meaningful road test reviews to look at yet? Unless of course your intention is just to wind GT3 owners up for sts and giggles? If so a bit childish really, although I am shocked at how many people seem to bite.Edited by the ronin on Saturday 25th April 04:58
Come on now the GT3RS will not have any more torque that the current GT3 and just an additional 25 hp at peak rpm. Without extra torque for corner exit it's just another meh GT3.... There are no tuning options to increase engine performance, this makes it just another porker with new lipstick..
