Sure.I met him on two occasions, both PH MegaHoon driving holidays. He was nice, polite, quiet and even discussed schools with my missus. Really nice bloke. To hear him on the phone saying what he was on RT last night was utterly bizarre.
Of course, I now don't believe anything he told me about the GT2/Turbo body thing!

I was hoping he would find this forum and 'try' and defend him self but considering he died a couple of years ago it may be a tad difficult

I have over 70s in-laws. Apparently they can get free freeview boxes. I told them this, but they still bought one for £27, connected it & all is fine.
The 'free' freeview box costs £40 to install!(as far as they know) The man with the Chav Porsche is unforgivable but why can we still do the 'millenium bug' all over again and sleep at night.

also to the 'it' people on here, who are better than though, not all of us are in your trade, and for some (ie me), its a struggle just to get the bloody thing turned on. i post pics and stuff all over the place and really havnt got a clue .you do your job and i do mine, i dont expect you do your own plumbing or whatever, so dont expect people like me to be converse with 'it'.
as for grammer, well, if your going to moan, try puregt, better class of sportscar driver.
maybe the aerial mans a member lol.

I took a group of walkers to the Bugatti Inn, Gretton today. One of the group chose lamb shank, which turned out to be cold with red meat in the middle. We complained and it was replaced but the meal was not very nice and the vegetables tastless. The general quality of the food was not high and some of us commented on this when paying. The manager waited until the last one of us had paid before saying to her that we were not the kind of people he wanted in his pub and he did not give a sh** what we thought. Needless to say we will never be going back and will discourage our friends and acquaintances from visiting. This kind of comment is not acceptable.
