And how much have you spent on this car and is it standard? Why do Porsche owners get upset if there is somthing else out there that is equally as impressive,i am not knocking the porsche as i have three, GTS and two 964 3.3t.Common guys give credit where it is due!Rocco1 said:

Car was stored at Classic Car Club for a while (at old street). I live just round the corner.
Car is making progress, just odds and sods now, but as ever its the last 10% that takes 90% of the time.
Whole previous engine is forsale. 600bhp and only done ~3k miles. Its not cheap, but its had absolutely everything done to it (and more).

Me too. Just on the canal off City Road. Would say 'small world', but it's not really. Cheers,

Porky my white 964t 3.3 is 400bhp and the NSX keeps up with her no problems, so this standered one has little but no chance!
I find this very hard to believe, actually. Here's why -I had a bit of fun with an NSX (pop-up headlight variety)in my 964C2 last summer. I was ready to be soundly beaten, but as it turned out there was absolutely nothing in it - as evenly a matched encounter as I've ever had tbh. All straightlne acceleration stuff, so of little real consequence.
This awakened my inner geek later that evening, and being quite sad when it comes to old road test figures,I found this Performance Car article comparing the two cars, and the 300ZX:
Excuse the poor quality of the image. For the full road test, go to the 1991 reviews section on the sidebar here - http://www.porsche964.nl/
Now, surely a 400 bhp 964 Turbo should be a lot quicker than both a standard C2 & NSX,including the facelift with the 3.2?
