Now please stay off the drink, it's makes your posts look stupid, but funny for others to read I guess.
doesn't read like SLIPPYDIFF has been on the drink at all - it puts in writing clearly what to me is blatantly obvious. It's dull this constant drivel about how GT3's are somehow flawed (if they are it makes them interesting/challenging cars to get the best out of, which is the point for those that can) and Cayman's are the true drivers Porsche, and it negates what other valid input you might have to share (mind you if you think a TTRS is fine car, maybe not). I think a lot of people are bored of reading it, once in a while is fine, but you bang on about it everyday. can't you take up religion or something, where faith and blind belief in your chosen path is more adequately rewarded. it doesn't matter how many times you try and convince everyone that you are right and others are wrong, people will just agree to disagree. please move on, for pity sake.Edited by mrdemon on Thursday 11th December 23:50

Let's keep the thread on the GT4 then :-) No idea why people keep talking about GTS, R and GT3 on a GT4 prospective buyers thread

Dear me...certain people post on here and it's an instant 'scroll over' for me.
This Demon chap, the bloke with a red Lambo in Torquay and obviously Mr Moose ....goes without saying.
Premier league as regards forum addiction...they are similar to Oikball fans, they witter, swivel eyed at all hours in an effort to convince themselves and others of their myopic points of view.
What a sad place to end up in life.

Why is a Cayman R the fastest ?
Eh ?mrdemon said:
This is what a TTRS does to a Cayman R and a 1M if you ever go up VS one, I did many times, made them look stupid.

So a video of a tuned TTRS zipping down a runway tells us what ? http://youtu.be/CxuTAsMLARc?list=UUgycWNeP9U0qBXX8...

Ahhh, we're back to the concept of irony that's obviously still proving rather alien to you ;-)Anyway, back in the real world......
So I'm the only one who though the CR dull and boring am I ?

2011 was relatively buoyant and whilst there was a new model in the distance, had the Cayman R been up the pre-launch hype, it would have sold well. Personally, I found it dull and underwhelming; after three days of having one as a courtesy car, Iwas happy to hand back the keys. We can wax lyrical about how wonderful it was/is but using the R name was a mistake IMHO and so was the way it was marketed.
As ever, your selective amnesia and cognitive bias know no bounds (or maybe it's YOU that's inebriated when you post on here......) :-) But keep posting your biased, subjective nonsense. It has, and no doubt will continue to, provide hours of amusement for the rest of us ! ! :-)Just sayin

Is MrsDemon a weekend moniker or a different user all together?
There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know.
D.Rumsfeld is also a PH user.

Like you do you mean?Edited by mrdemon on Friday 12th December 08:12
Also, when you keep describing your ideal GT4 as a GTS+ what do you expect?
Personally, I see almost no differentiation between your view of the perfect GT4 and a GTS, whereas a more track focused weekend toy is exactly what I would want and would be different enough to the rest of the range to justify its position.
