These are legal in UK and the sevens are not far off slicks but you need to drive appropriately to the conditions
How do these have at least 1.6mm throughout a continuous band in the centre 3/4 of the tread and around the entire circumference. The nearest tire only has tread on 1/3 at best !!

I started following Magnus on Instagram as I was intrigued by his car collections / projects.
Just recently he put a post up showing a couple of panels from the car he crashed - a door and rear quarter panel I believe, with some text about being an outlaw and Porsche parts being interchangeable etc.
The comments section is full of people telling him to auction them off, saying they'd happily bid strong money for a battered old 911 panel that a bearded man owned.
One poster even compared it to how people used to chip off and sell pieces of Jim Morrison's headstone.
The whole thing has left me confused.

Why confused? The parallels between Jim Morrison (one of the most iconic and influential frontmen in rock music history, and, due to the dramatic circumstances surrounding his life and death one of popular culture's most oft-displayed icons; and during his life a living embodiment of the generational gap and youth counter-culture) and Magnus Walker (a man who made some money from selling clothes and then converting old Porsches and marketing himself and his cars with some nice videos) are there for all to see!
