A few years ago (well, at least 8 actually) Ray Bellm converted his F1 racer (in which he was FIA GT Champion) to semi-road spec. By that I mean that it could be legally driven on the road, not that it was a road car.
The article (it was in Autosport) went on to say how Bellm would be using the car for corporate days for the higher-end clientele. AFAIK, nothing came of it, and I think Bellm just got too busy (he was grande fromage at the BRDC until Jackie Stewart ousted him) to carry on with the project.
Again, as far as I could tell from the article, the car was going to be run by Lanzante Motorsport, who are definitely still operating. They might be a good port of call in the first instance. I know they have prepped a number of other McLaren's.
Alternatively, you could join the long line of PH'ers who provide e-fellatio to Flemke, in the misguided hope that one day he'll magically appear at your front door and hand the keys over... (No offence if you're reading this, Flemke, but you must get tired of all the adulation from middle-aged men. 18-year-old models, OTOH...)

I'll think you'll find that this is the car that Mr Bridger now owns. I would not bother sending him a pm though as I think he'll tell us all to bu**er off
Why not give Nick Mason a call and see if he's up for bringing his down to a trackday and letting you have a go?
I was on one of MSE's charity days at Hullavington a couple of years ago and he turned up in appalling weather and still gave it a good thrashing. Top bloke.
And why is this thread in the Porsche section?

I really should wait until I've woken up properly before I post on here. Thanks Mr. Vesuvious.
