I vaguely remember some guy taking pics of my car on route to the Nurburgring last year and have just found this today after searching google images for GT3 MR

I think it is a great pic. Hope you enjoy smile

Lovely picture thumbup

I have taken mine out about four times so far since I bought it in April this year. Every time I seem to get through a full tank of fuel too wink

Yep, Manthey Racing. It's not an official monicker, but suits the car as it has loads of MR upgrades including the K400 kit

Oh, hang on. I don't mean four times to the 'ring! I mean four times out for a drive! biggrin
Done about 900 odd miles since I bought it!

Haha, I thought you meant 4 times to the Ring smile. That would have been nigh on every weekend smile

They look like Cargraphic 3-piece rims to me. I have a set with red centres I might be selling smile

Yes they are Cargraphic 3 piece rims. They were on the car when I go it. They're not the lightest set of alloys, so would like to replace them with a better set in the future. Any suggestions on the perfect trackday wheel?

OZ Alleggerita get my vote in 18" wheels. Very light & cheap enough at around £1500 that you won't be too precious about them. I use them for my slicks; I also have 2 sets of the 19" OZ Ultraleggera wheels for Cups & Supersports. My Cargraphics have race wets on but I'm thinking of not bothering with wets now.

I agree that Alleggerita's are nice cheap & light, but they don't come in the optimum sizes for the 6gt3 which is 9x18 ET 46 & 11x18 ET 59 .. only the achingly beautiful super rare & expensive E88's come in this size which is a real pain!

Nick, what size do you have of OZ's and do you use spacers, etc?

I have 9" ET43 & 11" ET63 in the 18". I use a 7mm spacer on the fronts and no spacer on the rear. Mine's a MK2 996 so they're pretty nearly the correct size / ET

For the 19's, I'm using standard GT3 7.1 sizes & offsets, again with the 7mm front spacer.

I also have a set of 9" / 11" E88 BBS's that are also for sale. Not sure of the offsets but I will try to measure them if you're interested. They came off my 993 Turbo.
