Anybody want to show off their MK2's? This is my baby. Be interested to know how many of the 12 are still around other than mine.

Presumably you mean UK rhd. 16 is what I've heard.

Not sure. All I know is several people in the know have told me the number was 12. May have dropped now,

To clarify, there are 16 2004 registered cars - 12 of which are real Mk2s, the others are late registered cars.

As far as I am aware, around extra 20bhp, carbon wing and mirrors, different wheels and slightly altered rear suspension. Anything else EVOeng?
quite a bit of info in the article about the differences between the mk1 and mk2 6-GT2 and also the differences against the 996 TT.

do you mean a real gt2 and a late registered car?

If you do then some of the Mk1 GT2's were registered in 2004 along with a handful of the Mk2 models, so basically not all 2004 registered cars are going to be the later Mk2 model.

Mk 2 used different spring and damper rates, additionally the tolerances specified for the geometry settings on the Mk2 were reduced over those of the Mk 1.

All happens a bit quick, once the turbos have spooled up and then the ceramics kick in.

Supercar numbers.
