Winter tyres, storage

Long shot, I know, but does anyone have any reccomendations for somewhere that can store my winter tyres in the South East?

Spare bedroom (obviously!) if you don't have a garage/workshop - if you do quite simple to knock up a tyre rack and bolt it to the wall out of the way

Mine live outside, as do the tyres on the car.....why worry about keeping them indoors?

I should have clarified that I live in Central London with no parking/shed/loft etc etc...!
