Cayenne rear roor speakers - How to get at them???

(Apologies for the speeling missteak in the title)

Noticed one of the speakers making a lot of flappy noise the other day and thought it would be a simple case of undoing or flipping off the speaker cover to have a look.... Obviously not!

So, how do I gain access to the speaker in the rear door of a 2004 Cayenne???

I found the 2 star headed screws on the bottom edge of the door panel, but even with those out it didnt seem to want to move.

Would like go extract the speakers myself and buy a replacement than have to cough up at the local dealer for what should be an easy home task.

Has no-one really had to change a door speaker on one of these?

I can only find stuff on american forums which mention nothing of how to access the offending article!

Come on chaps I'm relying on the usual all encompassing knowledge of PH here.
