drivers run - anyone done this?

just got my first spam from pistonheads, though unlike the other spam it actually offered something interesting (as opposed to herbal viagra, and who needs that when you own a porsche?!). anyway, I digress. the Drivers run looked very tempting, very exclusive, lots of glossy pics of exotic locations.
BUT
anyone actually been on one of these runs?
fun, or full of overpriveleged tossers?
and of course, something they neglected to mention, how much?
or is it a case of if you have to ask you cant afford it?

ive done cannonballruneurope was okay in audi RS4 and met the guys running drivers run. think it will be the best event you can go on if your into track days and fast road driving. im taking my 996TT and can't wait.

Drivers Run is basically a Gumball... but not for posers. They won't drive with stickers so they don't get pulled over straight away and use a lot of trackdays to reaallyy let loose.

Definitely one worth considering )
