Any Ph'ers going to the Porsche racing up at combe on the 2nd.

I'm going with minisilverback.
Should be a good day out. Not sure what's going on up there though, a colleague paid the £12 for me, so if anyone knows what sort of race it is I would be most grateful for some knowledge

Porsche Club and Open champs are always good to watch too.

Saturday and Sunday the porsche spped championship is on at Prescott. anyone going to that?

Hmmmn. Might be a nice day out....I'll need to check with the Mrs. I half fancy popping along to the Porker track day there this Saturday too...just to see what's going on, take a few pics and so on - stuff you don't get to do when driving...

But the May races might be a pleasant day out - I'll have to check with SWMBO...

We normally head over to the White Hart in Ford or The one actually in Castle Combe itself for Lunch...
Alternatively you could have a beer or two in the Tavern at lunchtime or head round to Avon rise/Tower where they have a beer stand !!
Might see you there !!

we will be there racing in the open and club champs,also testing on thurs,which is free to watch.
Forcast is wet for testing and dry for race day.

Just checked the longcast, looks like it will be a bit damp for the morning sessions but nice and bright for the afternoon which will be good.

I am on nights the night before, get home about 8 am ish, so will not be firing on all cylinders with about 2 hours sleep, but who cares.
